Customer Service Administrator

  • Providing all round back up support to the Bookings Team
  • Processing of delegate bookings
  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Support clients by delivering an exceptional customer service
  • Data Entry onto the bespoke database
  • Making and answering calls
  • Basic education
  • Proficient in Microsoft or using CRM systems
  • Ability to work on initiative and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills and ability to deal with information accurately
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience and desirable qualities:
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Personable
  • Flexible

Schedule: Monday to Friday hours to be agreed with 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays, pro rata
